Moringa

Simply speaking, it’s the superfood of superfoods.

Have you heard? Gram for gram, moringa has two times the protein of plain yogurt, four times the calcium of milk, 25 times the iron of spinach, four times the vitamin A of carrots, and seven times the vitamin C of oranges! So we love moring and although it’s a bit of an acquired taste, we believe you will love moringa too.

Hibiscus

In many countries hibiscus tea is used to help maintain a normal body temperature and encourage fluid balance. Because of the high amounts of antioxidants, it is believed to greatly lower blood pressure, reduce cholesterol, promote proper circulation, and also decreases the chances of developing heart disorders. Hibiscus is rich in Vitamin C and it helps in boosting the immune system.

Ginger

Ginger truly does top the list of effective natural home remedies. Being used throughout history by different cultures around the world, ginger is believed to harnesses an incredible healing power proven for a host ailments.

Lemongrass
